Account deletion — Luern

Procedure

To delete your Luern account and associated data:

1. Log in to your account on app.luern.app or in the mobile app
2. Go to the "My account" page
3. Click "Delete my account" and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

If you are unable to log in, you can request the deletion of your account by contacting us at support@luern.app from the email address associated with your account.

Data deleted

• Account: email, username, password
• Library: books, comics, manga added and reading statuses
• Friends list and exchanges linked to your account

Data retained

Billing data related to a Vate subscription may be retained by our payment provider (Stripe) beyond account deletion, for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.
